Jamie Morgan
Project Manager
Jamie Morgan is an Associate Project Manager in CAL’s Language Assessment Division. In this role, she has worked on a variety of projects involving assessment, research, and professional development related to world languages, heritage languages, bilingual/dual language education, and English learners. She currently manages the Massachusetts World Language Focus Groups and Implementation Services project and the Foreign Language Assessment Directory (FLAD) tutorial update, the latter of which includes leading research efforts to inform the development of a module about heritage language assessment. Jamie is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Nottingham and holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with minors in Spanish and International Studies from Ohio State University. Prior to coming to CAL, she taught English as a foreign language for four years in Europe and Asia, followed by two years teaching English and Spanish as second languages at a dual language school in Washington, DC.
